TERMS & CONDITIONS


EXTRA PERSON:
An extra person can be accommodated in a rollaway at $20 per night

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit varies on season ($100-$300). Balance of accommodation is due and payable at time of check-in. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard.  Eftpos is also available for balance on arrival.

CHECK IN:
Check-In is from 2.00pm (Qld time)
Check Out before 9.30am (Qld time)
SEASONAL RATES:
Seasonal rates apply. Monthly and long-term rates are available upon request.

SERVICING:
All linen is provided in our apartments. A service clean is done for stays of 10 days or longer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is no refund of deposit for cancellations 7 days or less from date of arrival. There is no refund after check-in if you decide to depart early.
