South Pacific Resort Terms and Conditions

For your convenience we can not accept same day bookings after 5:00pm on the arrival day. Please phone 07 5473 1200 prior 4.00pm to arrange after hours check in. 

All apartments are fully self- contained and mid stay serviced based on a booking of eight (8) night or more.  One (1) mid Stay clean up to 16 nights. 

DEPOSIT POLICY:

LOW SEASON: 100% of the first night is required at the time of booking.

HIGH SEASON: 30% of the total accommodation or one night whichever is the greater is required at the time of booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

LOW SEASON: No cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. One (1) night's accommodation will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival.  

HIGH SEASON: No cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. NO REUND if a booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival.

 

NOTE: NO REFUND FOR REDUCTIONS IN STAYS ONCE CHECKED IN. 

Please note a 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.  This fee is not refundable.
